I used to use flux combined with screen inversion all the time, and not having this on my M1 machines is really bugging me. Created in 2008 to help screens look more like a book, f.lux is now informed by science in sleep and circadian biology to help you adjust your body's sense of night and day. In fact, if you could also throw in the ability to invert the screen from Flux (clearly Flux can do that, because it is done in Dark Room mode), that would be great, because sometimes I want to invert the screen when I'm not in dark room mode, but with flux on, the colors go all cyan-tinted. f.lux warms up your screen at night to help you relax and wind down before bed.
Because no fix appears to be coming on Apple's end, I would like to request that Flux offer a dark room mode without screen inversion. You could use f.lux because it makes you sleep better, or you could just use it just because it makes your computer look better. It's even possible that you're staying up too late because of your computer. Run your miner with profile name like: lolminer.exe -profile ZEL. f.lux fixes this: it makes the color of your computer's display adapt to the time of day, warm at night and like sunlight during the day.
